Job Responsibilities
From educational support to one-on-one care, your role is essential to the well-being and growth of every student.
Educational Support
Provide academic reinforcement to individual students or small groups based on their needs.
Classroom Management
Assist the lead teacher with overall class supervision and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Administrative Support
Prepare materials, set up equipment, and assist with administrative tasks in the classroom.
Student Supervision
Monitor students in the cafeteria, playground, field trips, hallways, and before/after school programs.
Whole-Student Care
Address the physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs of each student.
IEP & 504 Plans
Support students with special needs by following the provisions outlined in their IEP or 504 plans.
