Our ParaProfessional Teacher Assistant course prepares students to work as educational assistants in public schools, supporting teachers and helping students inside the classroom.

A paraprofessional may help with school activities, individual or small-group support, classroom organization, student supervision, and daily learning assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for people who want to begin a career in education, work in a school environment, and have greater job stability.

The program is designed for individuals looking for a career change, a new professional opportunity, or a pathway to work with the Board of Education. You do not need to be bilingual to begin, and support is provided to help you prepare for the exam, as well as guidance on applying for job opportunities.
